This free online history course allows students to learn about the American Revolution at their own pace, using actual course materials and teaching aids used in MIT classrooms.

This course looks at the Revolutionary War from both the American and English sides, causes of the Revolution, and the origins of the American Constitution.

This course includes a syllabus, readings, and assignments. Materials can be accessed online or downloaded (in .pdf format).
